Meet the Filipino 'granfluencers' taking over social media

1/20/24, 1:40 PM

Who says social media stardom is just for kids?

In case you missed it, lolos and lolas can be internet stars, too. In fact, the internet has witnessed a recent surge in "granfluencers" (read: senior influencers and content creators) who offer not just entertainment but also inspiration to all.

They're creative, fun, and cool. But what makes them stand out is their authenticity. Unlike younger influencers chasing the perfect image, they keep things real. So they connect with us while breaking stereotypes about aging and redefining what it means to be awesome. And let's be real, they make our social media feeds much, much better.

Get to know our favorite Filipino "granfluencers."
