At 57 and far from retiring, Master Chef Gordon Ramsay of Hell’s Kitchen fame has not shown any sign of slowing down or retiring from his passion in the culinary arts as he is set to open a restaurant at the most multifaceted integrated resort in the country just across the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in Pasay City.

In an announcement, the internationally acclaimed multi-Michelin-starred chef disclosed that he has finalized details with Newport World Resorts chairman Kevin Tan to open in the Philippines one of the most sought-after restaurants in the culinary world.

“Having personally met Chef Ramsay at The Londoner in Macao, his larger-than-life personality and our shared enthusiasm in opening one of the most sought-after restaurants in the culinary world, strengthens our position as the most multifaceted integrated resort in the country, leading the way in elevated dining experiences for all our guests,” Tan enthused after meeting with the celebrated British culinary expert.

Located on the second floor of the Newport Grand Wing, Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Philippines is set to open as the inaugural offering by the world-famous restaurateur in the Philippines following other restaurant concepts in major cities across the globe.

With the premier restaurant’s full menu yet to be revealed, Team Gordon Ramsay has promised an exciting dining experience, showcasing British classics including Gordon Ramsay’s iconic Beef Wellington, perfectly grilled steaks, fresh market seafood and a delightful array of sides and desserts. Alongside the exciting culinary menu, Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill will also host a remarkable bar experience for its guests, offering high-end wines from around the world, sought-after spirits and expertly hand-crafted cocktails.
