Pinangalanan ng International Criminal Court sina Senador Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa at Christopher “Bong” Go bilang kasapakat ni dating Pangulo Rodrigo Duterte sa malawakang pagpaslang ng mga hinihinalang drug users at pushers noong panahon ni Duterte bilang presidente ng bansa.

Inaasahan ang pagpapalabas ng warrant of arrest laban sa dalawang mambabatas na haharap din bilang co-conspirator ni Duerte sa kasong crimes against humanity.

Ipinakita nitong Sabado (Pebrero 13) ang mga pangalan ng dalawa sa Document Containing Charges (DCC) na isinumite ng Office of the Prosecution sa ICC.

Sina dating Secretary of Justice Vitaliano Aguirre II at dating Philippine National Police chief Oscar Albayalde ay nabanggit sa DCC.

Ang katotohanan ay noong Hulyo 4, 2025 pa ipinalabas ang DCC na pormal nang isinangkot sa kaso sina Dela Rosa at Go ngunit pareho itong redacted o tinakpan nang malathala.

Redacted ang mga pangalan ng umano’y biktima at mga testigo bilang pangangalaga sa kanilang seguridad.

Katulad ni Duterte, hihilingin din ng ICC mula sa administrasyon ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. ang kooperasyon upang hulihin ang dalawa.

Ayon sa mga sources sa Senado, matagal nang nagtatago ang dalawang mambabatas sapagkat may impormasyon na sila na ang isusunod sa dati kaalyadong Duterte.

Sa DCC,sinabi ng Office of the Prosecutor tinatayang mula Nobyembre 1, 2011 at Marso 16, 2019,sina Duterte at ang kanyang co-perpetrators ay nagplanong iligpit ang mga hinihinalang kriminal sa PIlipinas.

Kasama sa mga nakatakdang patayin ay mga mamamayan na may kinalaman sa paggamimt, pagtinda at paggawa ng ilegal na droga.

Sa dokumento, ang mga sumusunod ay kinilalang mga kasama sa pagsagawa ng “Common Plan”:

Dagda pa ng dokumento: “During he Mayoral period, DUTERTE, Bong GO and above-mentioned law enforcement officials used police from Davao City and non-police hitmen (together, the DDS (Davao Death Squad) to kill alleged criminals.”

Ayon sa Office of the Prosecutor kontrolado ng co-perpetrators ang lokal na pulisya at ang DDS.

“DUTERTE and his Co-Perpetrators used the DDS, including its lo-level members, as tools to commit the crimes encompassed by the Common Plan. Those who did not follow orders risked being killed and were disposed of, when perceived as opposing or posing a threat to the Common Plan,” dagdag ng tanggapan ng taga-usig.
