SENADO, Lungsod ng Pasay — Positibo ng pananaw ang inihayag ni Mamamayang Liberal party-list representative Leila Norma Eulalia Josefa De Lima kasunod ng pagpangalan ng International Criminal Court (ICC) sa umano’y mga co-perpetrator ni former presudent Rodrigo 'Rody' Duterte (FPRRD).

Reaksyon ng dating justice secretary, "Justice will be serve," sa inilabas na Documents Containing the Charges (DCC) ng ICC, na pinangalanang mga Duterte co-perpetrator ni Duterte ang matagal nang 'absent' na si Senador Ronald 'Bato' Dela Rosa at gayun din sina senador Christopher Lawrence 'Bong' Go at dating justice secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II.

Sa kanyang social media post, nagparunggit si De Lima na liliit na rin ang mundo ng mga nabanggit, na matagal na umano nilang binabalaan ngunit hindi nakinig.

“In laying down the charges against Duterte, the ICC Prosecutor also just made the world smaller for his co-perpetrators by naming them… time and again, we warned this people, even from prison, that this day will come. Like Duterte, they did not listen. Mayayabang pa sila,” pinunto ni De Lima.

Idinagdag pa ng mambabatas na marami naman umanong magtatago gaya ni Dela Rosa, ngunit aabutan din sila ng hustisya.

“Many of them will now go into hiding, joining Bato on the lam. No matter, Justice will always catch up with them. Justice will be served,” kanyang idiniin.

“Panahon na ng pagpapanagot sa pagpatay sa mga kapwa Pilipino! Oras na ng pagbabayad sa mga krimen laban sa sangkatauhan!” sabi pa niya sa huli.
