Rep. Tulfo leads 13 others in “Magic 12” of Pulse Asia senatorial survey

ACT-CIS Rep. Erwin Tulfo maintained on the top of the most recent Pulse Asia poll survey of 2025 senatorial candidates.

The latest voters’ preference survey also showed that 13 more senatorial candidates have statistical chance of making it to the Senate. Only three of them are not in the list of senatorial hopeful endorsed by Malacañang.

Conducted from January 18 to 25, the survey showed Tulfo, former secretary of the Department of Social Welfare and Development, getting 62.8% voter preference.

He is followed by Senator Bong Go, a re-electionist and former Senate President Vicente “Sotto” III, with 50.4 %and 50.2% preference ratings, respectively.

Broadcast commentator Ben Tulfo ranked between 3-8 place while re-electionists Pia Cayetano and Bong Revilla who got 46.1% and and 46% voter preference, respectively, ranked 4-8.

This will be the last poll survey to be conducted by Pulse Asia for the senatorial race before the February 11 start of campaign period.

Ranking 8 to 14 but were still considered in the 12th ranking are the following:

-Senator Imee Marcos, a re-electionist - 43.3 %

-former senator Ping Lacson - 42.4%

-TV show host Willie Revillame - 41.9%

-re-electionist Sen. Ronald dela Rosa - 41.2%

-Makati Mayor Abby Binay - 41.1 %

-boxing icon former Sen. Manny Pacquiao - 40.6%

-Las Piñas Rep. Camille Villar - 38.4%

-Sen. Lito Lapid - 37.3 %

Only Go, Marcos and De la Rosa are not included in the administration line-up.

Former Senators Kiko Pangilinan and Bam Aquino are ranked 15-16, followed up former Senator Gringo Honasan and former Secretary Benhur Abalos at 16-18.

Pulse Asia said the survey was conducted through face-to-face interviews with 2,400 adult respondents .

Political observers believe that the placement of the candidates will change as soon as the campaign period starts.
